The Sac River Cowboy Church is a Cowboy Church that is a simple, no frills, relaxed experience where the emphasis is on relationships with JESUS and with each other and not so much on religion or formality. If you are a little bit country and are not so much into dressing up fancy, are hungry to hear GOD'S word preached and have a love for singing country church songs, the Cowboy Church is just the place for you.
In this church you will rub elbows with country-loving people who share your values and interests and cling to the word of GOD and what the BIBLE says, not what the national media tells us we need to believe. We do not get caught up in the political correctness of the world and stand by the word of GOD.
We are located in Springfield, Missouri and offer three services at two different locations. We offer two services at the Springfield Livestock Marketing Center located at 6821 West Independence Drive, Springfield, Missouri at 8:30 and 10:30 am, and we offer one service at our Sac River Cowboy Church Event Center located at 6448 West State Highway EE, Springfield, Missouri at 11:30 am. We offer two midweek services on Thursday evening with one at the Springfield Livestock Marketing Center at 6 pm and one at the Sac River Cowboy Church Event Center at
7 pm.
Pastor Scotty Killingsworth and Pastor Gary Killingsworth lead the services and speak nothing but the truth from the BIBLE. If the BIBLE does not say it, they are not going to preach it.
We offer many different fun events at the Sac River Cowboy Church Event Center to allow for fellowship. We offer great fellowship at each of our services as well as each Sunday night our Band of Brothers meet at 6 pm, on Monday night the Circle of Sisters get together at 6 pm as well. If fitness is more your cup of tea, we have a Stretch and Fitness class at 5 pm on Tuesdays. Every Friday night we all get together to play games and fellowship at the Event Center, while on the 4th Friday of every month many dust off their Bluegrass instruments and have a jam from 5:30 pm to whenever our fingers get tired.
If you are looking for a place of fellowship that does not judge, nothing fancy, does not pass an offering plate, but has a lot of fun, great music, and a true love for the LORD, we are the place for you.
