A generous landing hallway at the top of the stairs makes a grand first impression. Black-painted doors lead to the four bedrooms, three of which are kids’ rooms. One of the girl’s rooms is soft and nature-inspired, with flowers and shades of sea foam and pink, while her other daughter’s room is more preppy. Their bathrooms are Pinterest-worthy with heart-shaped tiling on the floor. The boys’ room was transformed into a cool hangout space with a sophisticated vibe. Shirley’s black and white master bedroom is dramatized with large pillows and a black dividing wall. Bold design moves continue into the master bathroom where a mosaic tile wall makes a statement.
