Start by installing and activating the Restricted Site Access plugin.
To edit the settings go to Settings, Reading.
With this plugin you will be able to restrict access for users logged in only or by IP addresses.
You can redirect other users to a login page, another web address, show them a custom message, or even direct them to a specific page.
