✨BIG NEWS! I'm buying (another) van! ✨ Have you been considering jumping into van life but aren't sure what type of van or build you want? Pros and Cons lists as well as priority lists can be super helpful in making a choice as a future van lifer. Choosing a van can be a pretty HUGE investment depending on what type of van or build you go for and most of the time when you build out your first van, you're not really sure what you absolutely need and won't need until you're living in it for a few months.
I lived in my old van Rosa, a 1984 Chevy G20 class B camper van (that we gutted and rebuilt ourselves) for a year and a half and learned A LOT from living in an old van and the types of things I absolutely MUST have from living in a van, to living in an apartment and then considering living in a van again.

๐ How big of a van I would like (yes ... size does matter ;)
๐ Is having a toilet really a priority? (this one may surprise you)
๐ Is purchasing a newer van with a loan or an older van with cash better or worse?
