Often times Christians are pretty insensitive and judgmental of others who don’t believe what they believe or act the way they think they should act.

That’s wrong.

Christianity should be a practice of influencing others with the love of God …

4 Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice! 5 Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon. Phil 4:4-5

1) Be joyful and smile a lot … It’s contagious
2) Empathize … Put yourselves in the shoes of others. Every person’s pain is a pain whether you think it should be or not. God says he comforts us to we can comfort others.
3) Show you care … Best way is to be a listener and practice the Golden rule
4) Be patient … Patience will help you not be anxious, overwhelmed or angry
5) Apologize… It’s the person being offended that decides what you do is offensive.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Give me a soft heart so I may see the pain of the people around be and give them comfort. May I always be considerate of others and love and respect them with the same love you give me. Forgive me when I am selfishly insensitive. Thank you for being patient with me as I grow to be more like Jesus.

In Jesus Name
Amen and Amen
