In this video, I cover the basics of boxing head movement; the slip and the roll. Make sure you watch closely to my movement and how my body is positioned. If you don't then when you slip or roll you run the risk of being off-balance or leaving yourself exposed. Slips and rolls are a key aspect of boxing and should be a big part of how you fight no matter your style. So, make sure you get it right when you first learn or it will be hard to fix later.
