I really Enjoy working out that has a challenge in it. This workout isn't only for fitness, you will also learn how to defend yourself when you need it. When I was young my dad enrolled me in a self defense class which then I fell in love. So guys if you want to be consistent on your workouts try to look for where you enjoy most like boxing, muay thai or anything that will make you sweaty and challenged. Hope you enjoy it guys!
