Shoulder Stability: If You Unwind, Rewind (Pt 1)

Shoulder Stability: If You Unwind, Rewind (Pt 1) The rotation obsession continues.

Sometimes movements require the shoulder to unwind. In this instance, it’s a windmill with the kettlebell, going from overhead to hang.

What we want you and your athletes to be thinking about is rewinding as the movement takes you back into the overhead. Find that rotation again, as it creates more stability and better ties the shoulder to the body.

Look for part two dropping tomorrow.
