Raisins are dried grapes which are beneficial for health if they consumed in moderate quantities . Raisins are packed with nutrients like vitamin B,iron, potassium, and antioxidants which are vital for good health

Let us see how to Make raisins at home .
Take 1/2 kg of fresh grapes and wash them thoroughly.
Take grapes to pan and add 1 litre of water and boil them for 5 minutes .once grapes bulge turn off the flame and allow them to cool down .
Now spread grapes on cotton cloth and keep them under sunlight .
After 3 days raisins are ready .

Raisins are in rich in fiber which gives laxative effect to the stomach and helps in relieving constipation.
