The primary role of a teacher is to deliver classroom instruction that helps students learn. To accomplish this, teachers must prepare effective lessons, grade student work and offer feedback, manage classroom materials, productively navigate the curriculum, and collaborate with other staff. Teaching is a highly sophisticated profession that regularly extends beyond academics. In addition to ensuring that students experience academic success, teachers must also function as surrogate parents, mentors and counselors.
The career in teaching requires people who have the conviction to nurture young minds and mold them into something great. Since time immemorial, the profession of teaching has been considered as one of the noblest professions. Educators have always played the role of catalysts for various social changes in society
So, what will it takes to become an outstanding teacher? Our answers may vary in some forms but teachers around the globe teaches from the heart. And I am lucky enough that I am one of them.
