Hi Friends this is Sakshi Chamoli, in this video, I've made white sauce pasta (béchamel sauce Pasta) with easy method.

Here is the basic ingredients you need to prepare white sauce/Cheese Pasta:
1) Plane Pasta : 1 Bowl
2) Pasta Cream : 1 Cup
3) Pasta White Sauce: 1 Cup
4) Capsicum : 2 small Pieces
5) Onion : 1 Piece
6) Garlic : 4 Pieces
7) Blackpapper Powder: 1 small spoon
8) Salt : As per taste
9) Other Ingredients: Optional

This white sauce is also known as béchamel sauce and has it's origin in French cuisine. Classic béchamel sauce is made with butter, flour and milk. For this pasta, I add cream and this pasta is super cheesy and creamy, just like my family likes it. So this sauce is kind of a mix between alfredo and béchamel.

The more modern recipe was to fry minced shallot, parsley, and green onion in butter, adding cream, salt, coarse ground black pepper, and nutmeg, as before, but then to add additional parsley and serve without straining. A 1750 recipe for turbot involved cooking the fish in broth, cooling it, and then reheating it in béchamel immediately before serving.
