New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is holding his daily press conference on the Covid-19 outbreak, which has infected more than 304,300 people across the state as of Friday, according to data compiled by the New York Department of Health. Cuomo said on Tuesday that the state would need to hire thousands of contact tracers to help mitigate the spread of Covid-19 and allow officials to ease strict social distancing guidelines.
