Here is Why the correct name of God is a Problem…?
Once ago in a discussion some facts were proffered Verifying that in reality, the Creator is beyond human understanding. It went further to state that indeed European scholars borrowed certain attributes and used them to fashion Him a name. IF this is true anyone who then goes ahead and uses those names is an Idolater and their worship is drenched in absolute ignorance and spiritual sightlessness. idolatry1
Attributes considered include God's decrees, knowledge, supremacy, sovereignty, immutability, holiness, power, faithfulness, goodness, patience, grace, mercy, love, and wrath.
The Christian debater, on the other hand, argued that “God wants us to recognize and acknowledge Him for what He is. Therefore, it is the meaning, not the sound or spelling, of His names that is of greater importance as the Bible is translated from one language to another.” This is from the United Church of God.

Do you know that in the original Hebrew language we are told they did not use vowels? So, when you read Genesis I;1 the recorded name God is translated from YHWH. So, where did the name “Jehovah” come from?
Many names we have been taught about God are said to point out the definite character or some attributes as found in the Scriptures, showing that they are all appropriate. Some names are God’s titles of position and authority. He is called the Ancient of Days, Most High, Creator, Father, Lord, King, Redeemer, and Saviour, among many other names.
But these are Human titles and attributes!
The correct name for God is virtually UNKNOWN! All the names we use originated in human minds. Consequently, they are all Idolatrous nouns. They only lead to those names and they are having no metaphysical applicability!
