I wake up later than usual these days because I don’t have to rush with my sons school prep and also because there is a oot more going on at home with the lockdown.
I was watching Tony Robbins video yesterday
Being a fellow NLP practitioner I thought abt FEAR

It is such a natural part of our reptilian brain to freeze, run away or fight w/ something that is new ( and scary ?)
He put into context how the flu kills us as nations each year and that we have the ability to SHIFT our focus to BEING productive versus spending energy unproductively.

Now here is What you might be experiencing right now
For many of us being at home is natural
Others might be used to seeing a lot of people and
We are habituated to more time at work but now we are home

I am sharing tips as we move through this time
As counter-productive as it might feel - Allow things to BE
Give yourself time to rest & sleep. Relaxation is powerful for healing AND creativity
Panic is the old brain way of reacting. Breathe. Take deep breaths
Connect with yourself through writing, prayer, silence. There is a part of you that KNOWS, Lean into that knowing. Allow it to guide you

Tell me how BE-ing w/ yourself is helping you
