Y'all! Can you believe these three vlogs were four raw hours of footage? With strong consideration, I decided it would be best to split it into days instead for several reasons. 1. It would give you guys something to watch this week, like a mini series! 2. I would have more room (three description boxes vs just one) to include the recipes of what I cook. And 3. It would give me a chance to see if my analytics prove true! Thanks for letting me try❤️!

🍖RECIPE: SALTINE CRUSTED TENDERLOIN
1 tenderloin (or 6 boneless chops)
1 package of saltines
1-2 eggs
Milk
Garlic salt
Pepper

1. Crush saltines - season with garlic salt and pepper
2. Make an egg wash with one egg and a splash of milk, or two eggs. Season with garlic salt and pepper.
3. Cut your tenderloin into 1/2 inch medallions - season with garlic salt and pepper
4. Heat skillet to medium high heat, coat bottom of the pan with oil (veg or avocado)
5. Turn over once golden. Cook until internal temperature is 140-145.

🌱RECIPE: SESAME GARLIC GREEN BEANS (the ONLY way my kids eat GBs)
1 large bag of green beans (haricots verts)
4-5 large garlics cloves, minced
S&P
1 lemon
Sesame oil
Avocado oil

1. Wash all green beans, and trim ends
2. Add to large skillet and cover with water
3. Parboil with lid until right before tender - time varies, then drain
4. Place back in skillet with medium high heat splash of oil to sauté, garlic, S&P, drizzle of sesame oil, zest of one lemon, and small squirt of lemon juice
5. Cook until done.
6. For added richness, melt in some better at the end. Although it doesnt need it!
