The Bitter Lockdown: A stop motion recipe for an exceptional hot toddy

A simple stop-motion recipe for a hot, bittersweet beverage.

Recipe for one hot toddy:
Juice of 1/2 Meyer lemon
7.5 ml (1/2 tbsp) honey
2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) ginger simple syrup (2:1, sugar:water)
15 ml (1/2 oz) amaro amorino
15 ml (1/2 oz) oloroso (cream) sherry
30 ml (1 oz) rye whiskey
While stirring, 120 ml (4 oz) boiling water
Garnish with 2 lemon wedges
