In the volume end of the market, people are in situations where money is perhaps less available. They are keen to find things that are very useful, and very cost-effective. Not necessarily entirely durable; there are things that are highly disposable that they will pick up if it is of suitable price and they can replicate those very quickly and very cheaply.
They can acquire them very quickly and very cheaply. So that cohort and how they operate is going to be very important if this is a target audience for you. You are going to need to think that this Product Design side of things is going to have to have something that is relatively light-touch, that is not going to cost you the earth in order to create.
That’s because, no matter what, when you do get to Product Pricing and you do get to try and explain to the market what it is that you're doing and why you're doing it, if you have a consistent mismatch between the cost of something that you're producing and what you are able to charge because of the Service that you are you looking to provide to the people that you're looking to provide it to, then you have got a business that's going to be in trouble.
