Protecting Livestock by Taking Out Thirteen Stripers!

Protecting Livestock by Taking Out Thirteen Stripers! In this video we take on a new pest species, the Thirteen Striper. No, @Cyclops Videos Joe W Rhea that's not 13 Strippers...Thirteen Stripers. Named for the alternating stripe/dot pattern on their backs these little guys can be a real menace to livestock that live on the prairie. Their burrows can get quite larges, and if the wrong animal steps in the hole...snap...and for the most part the animal has to be put down.

WARNING...This is a pest control video. You shouldn't watch it if you don't want to see pest animals humanely dispatched with a pcp air rifle.

The rifle in this video is a MK1 FX Impact power tuned by Ken Hicks of Southern Precision Air Weapons. In addition to the installation of a M14 external plenum it has been machined in several key places to allow all of that air to pass through cleanly so that it can propel the JSB Redesigned pellet at a super smooth 900 FPS. When you watch the slow motion (there is SLOW-MO!) notice how little recoil you see in the video and compare that to a lot of the other guns you see on YouTube. Thanks Ken for the great work on my Impact.
