Ramen Noodles ( Tokyo Style )
100g flour ( high protein)
40g water
1g salt
1g sodium carbonate ( baked baking soda)

'Survival' Ramen Broth
Onion skin ( don't use too many, they're responsible for bitterness)
Carrot peelings
Zucchini and fennel peelings
Tomato cores and stems (don't infuse the stems for too long)
Juices from a can of sweetcorn = mindblown
Splash of booze because confinement, right ?
Optional : Pinch of 5 spices, Bay leaf, Thyme sprig, Black peppercorns etc...
