Cooking Gourmet Popeyes Sandwich Out of My Truck

2 Chicken breasts flattened to about an inch thick and cut to fit on buns
4 Brioche Buns

Breading -
1c Four
1/4 c Corn starch
1tbs each of onion powder, garlic powder, (paprika, Cayenne for spicy)

Brine
1 TBS MSG (optional sort of)
1c Buttermilk
1 tbs Salt and pepper

Sauce
1c Mayo
1/4c Hot sauce
1tbs each of onion powder, garlic powder, (paprika, Cayenne for spicy)
