Do every single day, every single morning

3. Stretch and expand your brain by doing something creative daily -- for Alpha, he is less stressed and worried about things he can't control. He is the most creative in the morning.
4. Exercise each-and-every morning -- break a sweat! Jog, do step-ups, push-ups, crunches. Exercising helps with burning calories and reducing stress.
5. Get ready -- take a shower, pick-and-plan your outfit, put on your shoes, use your skincare products, fix your hair, put on deodorant and cologne
6. Make your bed -- it's nicer to get into at night than a wadded-up bunch of covers
